As mentioned, the image you see is of the Bon Ado Lean Improvement Team, who want to visit its product line for the first time. The visit, which lasted nearly three hours, was one of my best visits to a factory to start its pure uprising, because my companions were all already familiar with and interested in pure production and pure thinking. This is what Jim Womack advised me years ago: Work with people who know and love the pure. I was with such a team that day, and the result was that on the first visit, it was possible to critique the methods, see the losses, and even identify their roots; And there was hope in everyone: for me and my colleague that we can do something memorable and effective at this company, and for the company team that something can be done that can overcome crises and problems. Thus, in the first session, not only many pure ideas came to my mind, but more importantly, the belief was created that these ideas are achievable, and therefore in the first session, without wasting time, the time of the next session for teaching mapping.
